Canada’s immigration system is broken.
We brought in people faster than we built homes for them. Faster than we could staff a hospital or open a classroom. Programs meant to fill real gaps got used to hold down wages. Diploma mills sold study permits. Claims piled up for years while people who broke the rules stayed anyway.
That is not compassion. That is a government that stopped managing a system and started avoiding it.

– Set immigration levels that match the homes, hospitals and classrooms this country actually has
– Recruit the skills Canada needs, starting with the doctors, nurses and skilled tradespeople we cannot build or staff this country without
– End the abuse of the temporary foreign worker program that undercuts Canadian wages
– Tie study permits to real schools and real education, not to businesses selling a back door
– Carry out removal orders so that a decision means something
– Restore an immigration system Canadians can trust, where the rules are enforced and the people who follow them are not the ones left waiting
